Thank you for your response. In this tutorial, NanoDcal can be used to calculate the effective mass, which is crucial for determining carrier mobility. However, accounting for phonon effects is necessary when calculating carrier mobility. Could you please provide guidance on how to incorporate phonon effects into NanoDcal calculations?

In Nanodcal the phonon properties can be investigated by the frozen phonon method.
