Please tell me what should I do to install the software and also tell me where i should to put the license in file directory. I am using window.

Rescu+ and NanoDCAL+ only support linux at the moment. We hope to support windows in the future for development and very small systems. Note that many of the high performance dependencies that we use only support linux so the highest performance available will always be on Linux.
